If you are in need of a space in the centre of Argyll, with stunning views of Loch Fyne and everything you require to hold the best hybrid style meeting, then book your meeting space today!

We are delighted to be able to offer this space for FREE to our Third Sector members in Argyll and Bute. To take advantage of this, you simply have to register on the site. If you have already registered, then you can log in and use the booking option in the members area.

Facilities

The Hub is all set up as a fully functioning Teams Room. This allows organisations across Argyll & Bute to hold high quality hybrid meetings. The white board is linked to a camera to give those not in physical attendance a better view and a better experience, making them feel as if they are more part of the in-person meeting. The camera on the screen is motion activated and will follow the speaker around the room to give a more interactive feel to the meeting.

Our state of the art board room table is modular to allow for the room to be setup in multiple ways to suit your meeting requirements.

We have installed a system that allows users to sign in in a safe and secure way and also provide name badges for other guests, provide comprehensive fire evacuation instructions and allow us to monitor visitor attendance remotely.

Accessibility

At the Inveraray Hub, we are committed to making our facilities accessible for everyone. We are pleased to offer a lift and disabled toilet to make it easier for people with mobility challenges to access our building. In addition, we are always looking for ways to improve accessibility, and we are excited to announce that in the coming weeks, we will have a fully functioning discreet hearing loop system fitted. We believe that everyone should have equal access to our services, and we are constantly striving to improve our facilities to achieve that goal.
