Local Place Plan Regulations consultation

​Local Place Plans are community led plans providing proposals for the development and use of land.
Scottish Government are consulting as whilst the bulk of provisions for Local Place Plans are to be found within the changes in the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019 to the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, this left a number matters to secondary legislation.
Closing date 25th June 2021

Regulation of Child Contact Centre Services

​Scottish Government is seeking views from a range of individuals including children and young people which will inform the development of the regulation of child contact centres.

OSCR Consultation 
​'Meeting the Charity Test'

OSCR is seeking views on updates they propose to make to sections of their ‘Meeting the Charity Test’ guidance.  These updates clarify the guidance on public benefit following the 29 January 2021 decision by the Court of Session on the charitable status of New Lanark Hotels Limited and New Lanark Trading Ltd.
