Grey Matters Active Ageing
61 West Princes Street,Helensburgh,G84 8BN
Grey Matters Active Ageing are keeping the older community in Helensburgh and Lomond warm this winter.
They have two ‘Hot Spot’ coffee mornings a week (Tuesday and Friday at 10.30) offering warm drinks and even warmer company. They also have 10 other interest groups to tap into during the week and are adding to them all the time including more evening and weekend activities too.
They have organised outings and several festive celebrations for the coming months so there’s plenty to look forward to during bleak times.
If anyone is interested in joining, they can pop into the Active Ageing Centre and find out how to get involved!
