How to become an Elected Director
As stated in our Articles of Association, 'Elected Directors must be nominated by at least two Members. Such nominations must contain confirmation from the nominee that they are willing to act as an Elected Director and must be delivered to the registered office of the Company at least seven days before the GM.' If you wish to nominate someone to stand for our board, please complete the following form before the 18th of January 2021.
Anyone who has been nominated by 2 members must fill out the following form ahead of the AGM to provide the members with information about yourself and why you would like to join the board. This again, must be done before the 18th of January 2021.
