The Executive Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall operational delivery for Sea-Changers. The role will ensure the charity’s ongoing growth, sustainability, and impact in marine conservation, working closely with the Board, volunteers, staff, partners and wider stakeholders. The Executive Director will work closely with the Co-Founders who currently cover the majority of the key responsibilities below. There will be a process of handover and collaboration as the postholder develops their understanding of the organisation.

There is some flexibility to make this role your own depending on the skills, knowledge and experience that you will bring to the role. It is entirely possible that the right candidate could develop their skills, knowledge and experience once in post.
