Contract type: Permanent 30 hrs per week with six month probationary period
Location: Home Based with a regular commute to Oban
Salary: £25,135 (£31,000 FTE)

As a Support Officer with the Fishermen’s Mission, you will help fishermen and their families in and around Oban access grants, advice, and practical support. You will manage a caseload, make referrals, visit harbours, build community links, and support activities: all making a real difference in local fishing communities.
