This is a dedicated support service to offer those affected by domestic abuse access to immediate crisis support, Information and advice. You can access this by calling the helpline – ABWA Crisis Support Line – 01369 706636 Option 1
Argyll and Bute Women’s Aid offers a confidential and safe space for women who are or have experienced domestic abuse in communities across Argyll and Bute.
There is no waiting list for crisis support, this ensures anyone can receive information/advice or access to support promptly.
Crisis support can be a one off call, short term support or signposted to other internal or external services for longer term, more specialized support.
Advice and support is also available to those who may be concerned about someone they know.
For your organisation we can arrange to speak with you individually or meet with you virtually to provide an overview of the service and how to refer.
The crisis service is accessible Monday to Fridays from 9.30am – 12.30pm and 1pm – 4pm, with the exception of public holidays.
