Argyll & Bute Rape Crisis are looking for a highly motivated and committed worker to provide support and advocacy to survivors of all forms of sexual abuse and violence in the Oban area, based at the Janet Centre in Oban.

This post is initially funded to 31^st March 2025, continuation thereafter is funding dependent.

Applicants must have previous experience of providing effective support and advocacy for survivors (aged 12 +) who have experienced sexual harm or violence, whether on a paid or voluntary basis.

**This post requires female applicants only and is exempt under Schedule 9 (Part 1) of the Equality Act 2010

The successful applicant will be subject to enhanced PVG disclosure**
