• Description:

  Every Thursday between 12:30 and 14:00 we have a seniors lunch club in our Howat Room. Here we serve soup and sandwiches and extras with a focus on healthy eating. All soups are hand made from scratch and accompanied by homemade bread and pittas. We try to keep everything simple, honest, local and healthy, with as few preservatives as possible. There is no fee for this but donations towards the session's upkeep will be greatly appreciated.

  The pool is also heated to a slightly higher temperature on a Thursday, so why not come in for a swim and then have lunch. We are hoping to promote wellness through physical activity and healthy eating for all.
