What is the Island Communities Place Programme?
Planning Aid Scotland has launched the Island Communities Place Programme, a new initiative designed to help Scotland’s island communities play a stronger role in shaping the future of their places. The programme, funded by the Scottish Government, aims to help island residents better understand and engage with planning processes, particularly in relation to renewable energy developments. The sessions are free, online and open to all Scottish island communities.
