Cowal & Bute

  • Blairmore Village Hall

    Blairmore, Dunoon PA23 8TL

    From 11.00 on a Thursday.

    Blairmore Village Hall hosts a weekly “Drop in” on a Thursday morning. Called the Shore Hub, it is a warm and welcoming space for folk to go in for as long as they wish to. There is no charge, and if demand were sufficient, they could extend it to include a soup-and-sandwich lunch.

Helensburgh & Lomond

  • Fun First

    Fun First sessions provide warm spaces for under 5’s and their carers.

    Tuesdays: LCI Dance Centre 0-5yrs 1:30pm and 10am outdoor sessions in Hermitage Park (bookable on Ticket source).
    Thursdays: Fitness and Fun Victoria Halls 10am 18months-5 yrs.

    Wednesday mornings fortnightly: Fun First Friends at Drumfork Community Centre (held in the family room). Children can play in the soft play area, tea and coffee for adults. Plenty of time to chat and listen to local speakers from organisations/ support groups. Open to new families to Helensburgh, expectant parents, grandparents and so on.

    Children to be accompanied by an adult, parents, carers, grandparents, child minders all welcome.

Mid Argyll, Kintyre & the Islands

  • Inveraray Community Council

    Alternating weekly between The George Hotel, and Inveraray inn

    Free warm space for all. Monday 12-2pm.

  • MacTaggart Leisure Centre

    School Street, Bowmore Islay, PA43 7JS

    Daily from 10am -6pm

    The warm space is available anytime the centre is open from 10am – 6pm. They run lots of groups throughout the day including a lunch club for over 50’s on a Thursday between 12.30 and 2pm.

Oban, Lorn & the Isles

  • Appin Community Development Trust

    Port Appin Village Hall, Port Appin, Appin, PA38 4DE

    Tuesday mornings 14 January until 18 March 10am-12pm

    Drop-in for a blether, hot drink & cake. They will have lots of board games and cards available too

    No need to book just pop along.

    The Hub is FREE to attend & all are very welcome
