Argyll & Bute Anti-Poverty Meet-Up: Funding and Framing Our Work

The Poverty Alliance and Argyll & Bute Third Sector Interface (TSI) are hosting the fifth online Argyll & Bute Anti-Poverty Meet-Up on Tuesday 9 September, 10:00–12:00.
This session will focus on funding and framing anti-poverty work — exploring how organisations can make a strong case to funders, and what funders need to know about rural communities.
What to Expect
Oban’s Connecting Communities Collective will share their experiences and insights on collaborative working.
The Robertson Trust will give a funder’s perspective on supporting rural organisations tackling poverty.
Discussion on making stronger funding applications, shaping the funding landscape, and whether collaboration can bring more resources into Argyll.
Updates and funding news from Taking Action on Rural Poverty and the TSI.
This is a valuable opportunity for organisations across Argyll & Bute to connect, share learning, and strengthen their approach to tackling poverty.
