The tyranny of distance? – living with domestic abuse in Argyll and Bute.
What is it like living with domestic abuse in Argyll and Bute? How easy is it to escape abuse and find safety and support? This webinar is based on recent research carried out in Argyll and Bute with women and professionals. It explores the personal experiences of women living with domestic abuse in Argyll and Bute’s rural, island and more remote areas. The webinar also highlights the particular risks women face and outlines the challenges of delivering services and implementing domestic abuse- informed practices (DA-I) across Argyll and Bute.
