Learning opportunity! 

For the first time in the third sector, Social Enterprise Academy are excited to be piloting a new programme ‘Leading with Compassion’. The content has been developed by Stanford University-based professors and subject matter experts within the Centre for Compassion, Altruism and Education, with proven results in reducing stress and anxiety and increasing leadership, teamwork, and compassion for self and others. Starting from 22ndOctober, over the 8-week learning journey, participants will spend up to 2 hours each week working with a partner on guided reading, discussion, reflection, and practice activities. 

The pilot programme is fully funded and open to those working or volunteering in Scottish based community organisations.
